We’re extremely proud to have been included in the shortlist for the SPARKies 2019 Best Place to Work in Tech award, which was announced at the end of last week.
Not only that but our very own COO Beccy Kedward was shortlisted for the Best Mentor award. She’s supported so many people over the years, both in our team and in the wider Bristol tech scene – we’d be lost without her!
Last but not least, we are chuffed to see privacy blockchain startup Tap – the now independent business that came out of Simpleweb Studio Block last year – has been shortlisted for both the Best Startup award AND the Most Innovative Use of Tech award.
A celebration of tech
For those of you who are new to the SPARKies, it’s an annual celebration of the best of tech in the South West which has been running in Bristol and Bath for the past seven years.
Named alongside some really impressive individuals and companies in the region, we feel like winners just for being shortlisted.
We’re really excited to be taking our team over to Bath at the end of the month to party the night away with some of the region’s most exciting tech businesses and people.
