About Simpleweb

We’re a small elite team of digital product experts. We do things differently. Established in 2006, Simpleweb was one of the first companies in the UK to invest in the startups that it builds products for.

In the last 15 years we’ve launched over 100 products and invested over £1m in startups, covering everything from global food waste, digitising education, to mental and physical health training. Our mission is to help others create a better planet and it shows as these are the type of companies that we attract.

While we’re not quite a DAO yet, we believe that our team should be literally part of the work that we’re doing which is why we allocate 10% of our investments to the team every year. Every employee has a fantasy micro portfolio which they take with them when they leave. We wrote about it in our latest newsletter.
