Every month we raise money for charity by donating £1 every time we eat a slice of homemade cake made by a member of the Simpleweb team.
Last month we raised £102.00 for Bristol Autism Support, who do amazing work by providing support for all those suffering with autism.
This month we’re raising money for Bristol Mind, who aim to promote a positive view of mental health and provide vital services that are accessible, relevant and empowering to the people using them. Their services aim to contribute to mental and emotional wellbeing and to reduce stigma and discrimination.
Bristol Mind was chosen by one of our developers Karl who regards “mental health as an important issue and one that doesn’t get as much attention as it should. Mind provide advice and support to empower anyone experiencing a mental health problem through their free infoline and local community centres”.
Throughout September we’ll be baking wonderful cakes and donating £1 per slice to Bristol Mind. So if you happen to drop by our office, don’t forget to grab a slice and make a donation.
