We were brought in by 72point to report on the performance of their Onepoll system architecture. They were experiencing severe performance issues on their live system and needed to understand how to stabilise the system in the short term and plan for future growth in the longer term.
We looked at the physical and software aspects of the infrastructure and made recommendations for improving performance to bring the site within operational capacity under the current load (tactical), as well as proposing the architecture to provide for the future requirements as they scale up the operation (strategic).
